We will launch the instant messaging service for OTC Trading (Fiat-to-token) at 12:00 Dec 18, 2018 (CET, UTC+1, same for below) on the OKEx mobile app, and at 12:00 Dec 20, 2018 on OKEx.com. All our services will remain normal operations during the launch.
We have decided to launch the instant messaging service to encourage better communications between buyers and sellers. With this new feature, traders can now send and receive messages via OKEx's platform in real-time, making trading at OKEx more convenient.
However, please be reminded that only the trade and payment details the user submitted to OKEx are regarded as accurate. You can always check the information on the user's profile. If your counter-party provided you inconsistent payment details, please contact our customer support to validate the information.
More updates and improvements in this patch:
1. Adding new pages for checking unfilled/filled/canceled orders details, OTC trading image link on OKEx.com home page, Instant Messaging button on all orders pages for mobile app;
2. Mobile app push notifications (for specific Android & iOS operating systems only).
